FAQs

Coffee packaging FAQs

More answers on our FAQ page, or call (647) 494-7229.

Do I need a valve on my coffee bags?

If you pack soon after roasting, yes. The one-way valve lets carbon dioxide out without letting oxygen in, so bags don’t bloat and coffee stays fresher.

Which coffee bag style is most popular?

Flat-bottom bags are a favourite for premium retail because they stand like a box. Quad seal bags suit larger and heavier bags, and stand-up pouches work well for smaller sizes.

Can I get sample-size coffee packs?

Yes. Lay flat pouches and small stand-up pouches make good sample and single-serve packs.

Can you print short runs?

Yes. Digital printing has no plate fees, so short runs and multiple designs are cost-effective.
